Terms and Conditions Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from Community Entertainment Australia Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at events. Variation to Terms and Conditions Community Entertainment Australia Inc may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. General Terms and Conditions Each ticket that you purchase through communityentertainment.com.au or afisha.com.au is a license to attend a particular event and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket. Refunds, exchanges and replacements Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection details. Community Entertainment Australia Inc does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket. A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket. Community Entertainment Australia Inc will only offer a refund if an event is cancelled. You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Community Entertainment Australia Inc does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. In the circumstances where the event had to be rescheduled to a different date, your ticket and the allocated seat will still be valid for the new date. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event at the new date you will be entitled to a credit note or a full refund of your ticket. To be eligible for a full refund, your request for a full refund must be submitted within 7 days of the change notification while the request for a credit note can be submitted within 60 days from the date of the change notification and valid for 12 months period. COVID-19 Special Terms and Conditions You acknowledge that the event may be scheduled to be held during a time at which Government regulations may be in force. If that is the case, Community Entertainment Australia may be required to: a. cancel or postpone the event b. reduce the number of persons who may attend the event c. change your seating allocation d. change any standing or seating configurations for attendance at the event; In which case you may receive a credit voucher for the value of your ticket in accordance with these Community Entertainment Australia Terms and Conditions of Sale In case of the cancellation or the reschedule of the event triggered by a Force Majeure, we may not be able to fulfil all of our obligations. |
